Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Kratom and kava are regulated, restricted, or prohibited in certain states, counties, and cities, and those laws change. We do not ship any products to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin. We also do not ship to any county or city where our products are restricted or prohibited, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order to such an address. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow the laws where they live.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders ship Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days, no matter the shipping method selected. During holidays, order processing may be delayed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If an expedited shipping method is selected, we will do our best to accommodate it, but choosing an expedited method does not guarantee a faster processing time.

FREE SHIPPING

Where free shipping is offered, it applies to eligible U.S. shipping addresses only and is not available for wholesale accounts. Free shipping does not apply to the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection purchased at checkout applies only to orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Once an order is successfully delivered, Kratom River considers the order complete and is no longer responsible for the package(s).

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items. See our Refund Policy for details.
