SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders ship Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days, no matter the shipping method selected. During holidays, order processing may be delayed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If an expedited shipping method is selected, we will do our best to accommodate it, but choosing an expedited method does not guarantee a faster processing time.

FREE SHIPPING

Where free shipping is offered, it applies to eligible U.S. shipping addresses only and is not available for wholesale accounts. Free shipping does not apply to the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection purchased at checkout applies only to orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Once an order is successfully delivered, Kratom River considers the order complete and is no longer responsible for the package(s).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items. We will replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

We will require your order number, details of the item(s) affected, and a photo of the damaged item(s).

REFUNDS

Returns are generally processed within 2–3 business days, and we will notify you by email once your refund, replacement, or exchange has been processed. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank. During major holidays, please allow up to ten (10) business days.

All refunds are issued to the purchaser's original payment method, less shipping charges. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

60 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

The 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time customers only and covers one product.

Refunds are limited to a first-time purchase of one product, within 60 days of receiving your order. All Money-Back Guarantee requests are subject to strict review, and refunds or credits are provided at the sole discretion of Kratom River. Kratom River reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that show signs of fraudulent behavior.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All order cancellations must be submitted by email to info@kratomriver.com or by phone at +1 (805) 372-0405 within 24 business hours of placing the order. Because we fulfill orders quickly, your order may ship if we are not notified within 24 business hours. Once your order ships, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
